LCHF Keto Hot Chocolate

1T salted butter (use unsalted if you don't use a sweetener)
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
Swerve: or your favorite artificial sweetener, but use the least amount as possible

  • Put in over-sided mug, so it wont spill out when you mix.
  • Mix for about 5-10 seconds should be good, longer will give you more froth if needed.
  • Don't be afraid to tinker: try adding sprinkle cinnamon. If you need a shade more thickness try almond milk (granted touch more carbs), or HWC (granted touch more protein).
